Delete your SharpPick account

You can delete your SharpPick account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

• Open SharpPick → More → Delete account (at the bottom), then confirm twice.
• Your account, sign-in details, subscription record and pick history on our servers are erased immediately.

By email

• Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my SharpPick account”. We delete it and reply within 7 days.

What is kept

• Nothing, except records a law requires us to keep (for example, payment records for 5 years under the Korean E-Commerce Act) — kept only for that period.
• My Bets entries are stored only on your phone; uninstalling the app removes them.

Subscriptions

• Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
