Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SharpPick app and website (the "Service"), operated by Sharp Signal Labs ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

• SharpPick collects and analyzes public data from sports odds markets worldwide, records line movements, and publishes its own calls together with their measured results. It is an information service.
• The Service does not take or broker bets, does not hold or settle money, and does not guarantee any result.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older, or the minimum legal age where you live if that is higher (for example, 19 in Korea and 21 in some US states).
• You are responsible for following the laws of your country or region.

3. Your account

• Your SharpPick account is created the first time you sign in with Google or Kakao.
• An account is for one person. Do not share or transfer it.
• You can delete your account at any time in More → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and prices

• Settled records and the record page are free to view on the web.
• Subscriptions are sold through Google Play. The price and billing period for your country are shown in the app before you buy.
• New accounts get a 1-day free trial of every paid feature, once per account and per device across our apps. No payment details are needed, and nothing is charged when it ends — you go back to the free tier.
• A SharpPick subscription or free trial also unlocks our partner apps listed in More → More apps from us, when you sign in with the same account.
• A subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions; you will not be charged from the next billing date, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
• Billing and refunds follow Google Play policy. Because the Service is digital content available immediately after purchase, refunds may be limited once you have used it, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

5. How records are kept

• Alerts and calls are recorded the moment they are issued and are not edited afterwards.
• Hit rates are recalculated from settled records and published in full — we never show only the winners. Where a sample is small, we say so.

6. Limits of liability

• Every figure the Service shows is an analysis based on past records and market data. It does not predict future results or guarantee any profit.
• You are responsible for your own decisions and for any gains or losses that follow.
• We aim to run the Service around the clock, but it may pause for maintenance. We are not liable for delays or gaps caused by outages or errors at our data sources.

7. Prohibited use

• Bulk collection (crawling or scraping) or redistribution of the Service's data without permission
• Sharing or transferring accounts, or any unlawful or improper use

8. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We will announce changes in the app and on our website before they take effect.
